I played a central role in developing sales and growth. We built an online store designed to support conversions, clarified the customer journey and developed a sales model to support profitable, predictable growth.
As part of the work, we created sellable product packages and strengthened distribution through partners. The overall solution improved sales predictability and brought clarity to day‑to‑day work.
